Oceanside, Calif.–December 3, 2008–The biggest night in snowboarding is blowing it out with its last hurrah in Las Vegas! The 10th Annual TransWorld SNOWboarding Riders’ Poll Awards, presented by GORE-TEX®, will be held at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Wednesday, January 28 on the second night of the SIA trade show. This invite only event brings out top snowboarding pros to cheer on their own picks for the top spots in the sport.

Marie-France Roy is up for Women’s Rider of the Year and Video Part of the Year; Louif Paradis has been nominated for Men’s Rookie of the Year; Raewyn Reid got the nod for Women’s Rookie of the Year; and Natasza Zurek is also up for Women’s Video Part of the Year.
