Shops need to continously improve their business each and every day. They need to ask questions such as how can I differentiate or create strategic separation from my competitors? How can I give the ultimate value proposition (sum total of benefits) to my customers so they will buy and most important they will become loyal brand advocates and buy again in the future and maybe even tell some friends.
