ESPN: FMX — On November 14th, Jeff "Ox" Kargola was pre-running the Baja 1000 course near San Felipe, Mexico when he swapped out and suffered a major crash. I talked to Metal Mulisha teammate, friend and AFMXA board member Ryan Hagy yesterday and he filled me in on the details of the crash from Ox's point of view. According to Hagy, Ox was ripping about 60mph down a whooped out straightaway, when his back wheel hit a decent sized rock after his front tire wheelied over it.
